The hotel's decoration had a lovely charm, with soft colors and cozy furniture that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful ambiance for relaxation. As a senior, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The corridors were wide enough for me to navigate comfortably with my walker, and there were handrails in the hallways and near the stairs for added safety. This attention to detail made my stay worry-free and enjoyable.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. A gentle reminder to the children working there to organize some activities, like movie nights or board game gatherings, would have made the vacation even more delightful for senior people like myself.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in Rome for a few nights. The location was fantastic, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient to explore the city. The owner, Antonio, was incredibly friendly and kind, sharing lots of helpful information and even treating us to a delicious panettone. The room and breakfast area were exactly as pictured, and I loved the option of enjoying breakfast on the balcony. The comfortable bed and the homemade cakes for breakfast were definite highlights of my stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the amenities, especially the complimentary WiFi and TV in the common area. The staff was helpful and the airport shuttle was a bonus.
Breakfast had limited options, but hey, who wants variety when you can have the same food every single day? So exciting!

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the hotel and its charming common areas. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful accents created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was a refreshing change from modern, impersonal hotels. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walker. The staff was always ready to assist me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is a bit more assistance from the staff. While they were friendly and accommodating, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help with carrying luggage or offering assistance with transportation.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even made us coffee each morning, which was an awesome start to our day! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain. Plus, the pillows were unbelievably comfy! The owners were also really nice and helpful, assisting us with printing tickets and ensuring we had everything we needed. The B&B is situated in a quiet area, away from the crowds, with a metro station nearby for easy transportation. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Carrefour just a few meters away, which was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was great to have the metro and Vatican museum within walking distance. We also loved that there were night buses available for when we stayed out past the metro's curfew. The umbrellas provided in the room were a thoughtful touch, and we absolutely loved the homemade cakes for breakfast. Antonio, the host, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room and breakfast area looked exactly as pictured and having breakfast on the balcony was a magical experience. The location of the bed and breakfast was ideal, with easy access to the Vatican and other tourist attractions via the metro. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely be staying here again!

The guestrooms at Relais Romantica were absolutely fantastic! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the laptop-friendly workspace was perfect for catching up on work. I loved the thoughtful touches like air conditioning and stocked minibars - it made my stay even more enjoyable. As a vegetarian, I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had rooms with irons and blackout curtains.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion - others might still find it useful!
